Over a span of 17 years, Mrs. Biggers has had the opportunity to work within a variety of business sectors such as real estate, legal, not-for-profit, wealth management, sales, marketing and consulting. Her career includes leadership roles at International Marketing Solutions as Business Manager, Harbor Capital Management as Accounts /Vendor Services Manager, Chico & Nunes as Human Resources/Administrative Staff Manager and PlumTree Partners, LLC as an Operations Manager.
Business management has become second nature for Mrs. Biggers. So after many years of managing businesses for various organizations and having great success, she decided to embark upon entrepreneurship. With the counsel and support of her trusted business advisors she established Big Star Transit, LLC in August 2013.

LARRY C. BIGGERS

Larry C. Biggers, Sr. is Big Star Transit’s Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Biggers offers more than 22 years of accomplishment-laden professional experience with valuable insight and knowledge regarding the leadership and management of small to mid-sized growth companies in the transportation space. As a key strategic and tactical contributor, his ability to evaluate the state of an organization within its market, develop the subsequent path forward, and recruit, develop and retain the human capital required to execute a plan, has been paramount to the organizations he has previously and currently serves.
Most recently, Larry has served in senior level positions with the nations largest provider of Paratransit services, were he was responsible for designing technology-aided operating models that lowered the cost of service delivery by as much as 33%. He has participated in or led the redesign of services in Dallas, Chicago, Orange County, Los Angeles, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, El Paso, San Bernardino, and many others.

Larry Biggers, Jr. is Big Star Tranit's Director of Provider Network Operations after spending both his high school and collegiate years working in the paratransit industry sector. Prior to joining Big Star Transit, LLC., Larry served as the Director of Business Development with MV Transportation. During his tenure, he developed and secured various business relationships within the paratransit sector while primarily focusing his developmental efforts on western region of the US.
He joins Big Star Transit, LLC. with strong ambition of continuing the onward growth of providing specialized passenger transportation services to many of the premier NEMT and Paratransit agencies and companies throughout North America.
