Qualifications and Education Requirements
The candidates for these contracting opportunities will be great communicators, enthusiastic about passenger transportation and have experience delivering star quality customer service in a passenger transportation environment. Basic certifications and credentials apply to each location:
Pre-employment Drug ScreeN
Background/Driving record Check
Passenger Assistance Certification
Defensive Driving Certification
CPR/First Aid Certification
Contractor Responsibilities:
Perform network services during offered and accepted hours of operations.
Accept and Complete work orders for client trips using a mobile technology Platform.
Drive clients to their destinations safely, securely, and on time.
Assist clients into and out of the vehicle, and to front doors if requested.
Report any incidents or accidents to the network safety team
Operate wheelchair lifts safely and securely as needed.
Adhere to passenger transportation policies and protocols.
Preferred Skills
Know how to keep a level head in a busy environment
Must be passionate about helping people
Great communication skills
A good working knowledge of the metro-Chicagoland area is a plus
First Aid/CPR certification a plus but not required
Additional Notes
The candidate for this position will be a great communicator, enthusiastic about the opportunity and have experience in customer service. Training will be provided.
